Our menu now includes a range of sandwiches, pizza, bacon or sausage baps, soup, chicken nuggets, pastries, fruit and other snacks to keep you going.

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 8:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:30am - 4.30pm
Our café uses 100% Arabica, Grade 1, hand-picked coffee beans in our Rijo42 hot drinks machine. In support of our environmental commitment to maintain a fitter future, our cafés also use the world’s most eco-friendly disposable cups, which you can deposit for recycling in our centre recycle bins.
Our convenient Café is the perfect place to relax and refuel after an intense workout or a swimming lesson.
Our café is open to the public - even if you are not a member you can come visit us for a coffee and a light bite.
